Fast workflow
PDF text often copies with hard line breaks, extra spacing, headers, footers, or broken paragraphs. Start by pasting the text into Remove Line Breaks if every visual line became a separate line.
Next, run Remove Extra Spaces to collapse repeated spacing and trim messy edges. If the result is too dense, use Paragraph Splitter to rebuild more readable paragraph breaks.
Keep sensitive documents local by using browser-based cleanup tools and reviewing the final text before moving it into a document, CMS, or AI prompt.
