A shorter prompt works best when it keeps the important structure: role, task, context, constraints, and output format. Remove repeated explanations before removing requirements.
Run the prompt through Token Reducer, then check the result with Token Counter. If the output lost important context, rebuild the prompt with Prompt Template Builder and paste only the necessary details.
Use the shortest version that still tells the model what to do, what context matters, and what the answer should look like.
